This session will be focused a new NASA cross-PAG Science Analysis Group titled "Astrophysics With Equity: Surmounting Obstacles to Membership (AWESOM)". The AWESOM SAG will undertake a careful study of how to expand the range of institutions and backgrounds for members of the community contributing to NASA astrophysics.

The session will include a brief presentation and overview of the SAG followed by a discussion with the audience.
