Dear Physics of the Cosmos (PhysCOS) Community Members,
We would like to welcome all the new members that joined our mailing list at the AAS and stopped at our PhysCOS table to chat about the program. We also really appreciate all of you that have been subscribed to our mailing list for a while and continue to be part of our community.
We hope that PhysCOS will help you to become even more engaged in NASA Astrophysics: learning about funding and observing opportunities, NASA’s plans for current and future instruments and missions, and how to advocate for the most important science goals of the coming decades, and the technology needed to achieve these goals.
Please visit our main website to learn more about PhysCOS activities — especially:
If you missed one of our PhysCOS activities at the recent AAS Winter Meeting — or if you needed to refer back to some of the materials presented — slides for those sessions can now be found on our AAS 245 webpage.
We hope to talk with many of you over the coming months, in person or virtually! You can always send us an email for more information or you can contact the members of the PhysCOS Program Analysis Group Executive Committee (PhysPAG EC).
Wishing you the best,
Dr Francesca Civano & Dr Brian Humensky
PhysCOS Chief Scientists, NASA GSFC
Dr Bernard Kelly
PhysCOS Support Scientist, NASA GSFC
