The Gamma-ray Transient Network Science Analysis Group (GTN SAG), chaired by Drs. Eric Burns and Michael Coughlin, was formed to answer questions relating to the status and future of the Interplanetary Gamma-Ray Burst Timing Network (IPN). The full terms of reference (TOR) for the SAG can be found on its webpage.
GTNS SAG has now completed its work, and its final report [PDF] is now available on the GTN SAG webpage also. Thanks to all scientists who participated in this investigation.
