Life and Physical Sciences Decadal Survey Call for White Papers

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) has announced the call for white papers for the next Decadal Survey on Life and Physical Sciences Research in Space 2023-2032.

Decadal Surveys are community-driven, bottom-up studies produced by NASEM that aim to formulate a community consensus about the most compelling science questions for the decade ahead in each of the disciplines.

We invite you to learn more and contribute ideas that could help inform U.S. priorities for research in space on NASA’s Division of Biological and Physical Sciences (BPS) page.

Topical white papers are due by 31 October 2021. Research Campaign white papers are due by 23 December 2021.
