Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) is an annual omnibus or umbrella solicitation, meaning that it has many individual program elements each with its own due date(s) and topics that span the full range of Space and Earth Science covered by NASA’s Science Mission Directorate. The basic backstop rules that apply to all program elements by default are given in the ROSES “Summary of Solicitation”.
This amendment announces several changes to the ROSES-24 Summary of Solicitation [PDF], mostly because of the update to 2 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 200 that took effect on 1 October 2024. Those changes include but are not limited to:
