The assessments of cost and technical credibility of the Large Mission Concept Studies (by the LCIT: memo to Decadal committee, final report) and similarly for the Probe studies (PCAT: memo to Decadal committee, final report) are public this month. The NASA 2020 Decadal Survey Planning website has links to all the reports performed in preparation for the 2020 Decadal.
